  • Seating & Comfort: Floor seating with cushions is provided. Blankets and two chairs are also available.

  • Venue Climate: The space is heated in the winter and cooled by fans in the summer.

  • What to Bring: No specific materials are required.

  • Device Policy: Turn off mobile phones or switch them to airplane mode. No photos during the ceremony, and no photos of other people before or after.

  • Smoking Policy: No smoking permitted.

  • Attendance: Everyone is welcome, including children (under adult supervision).
