Soul Healing is a subtle and powerful form of energetic healing, that works with the energies of the whole person, with the physical and energetic bodies, the emotions, thoughts, personality and soul, to help bring us back from the state of dis-ease to a state of ease and well-being.
The word Healing is used in the sense of ‘making whole’, of redressing imbalances that have built up in the emotions, mind and body. Soul is that part of us which is eternal, invisible, spiritual and filled with universal love, which connects us to each other, to the divine and all life.

Montserrat Retreat
Montserrat is known as the ‘sacred mountain’ – a magical Otherworldly place located in the heart of Catalonia, Spain. It is a sacred site steeped in mysticism and has drawn millions of pilgrims for centuries.
According to legend, the Black Madonna appeared in a vision in the cave of Santa Cova in 880CE. Shepherds saw a great light fall upon the mountain, accompanied by a beautiful song that sung out across the land. A week later the vision came again and continued for several weeks on the same day. People were drawn to the site and were guided to a cave where they found a statue of the Black Madonna. The local Bishop at the time believed it to be a divine sign and decided that she must be worshipped at Montserrat.
One or Two Day Pilgrimage to Tintagel and St Nectan’s Glen
The town of Tintagel lies in a mystical and enchanting landscape situated on the rugged Cornish coast. It a place of myth, legends and beauty, where the land and ocean meet, where the Arthurian legends come alive, where nature spirits dance wildly, and where you can feel the presence of the ancient Mother Goddess.
Nearby lies St Nectan’s Glen, which is a magical and enchanting glen where the waters flow over moss covered pebbles. It is a sanctuary – a sacred place of healing.
